T7 Fitness is different in that we instruct people to teach themselves how to function more efficiently in various sports and everyday life.

We achieve this by helping our clients fuse the mental, nutritional and physical components of wellness, which are vital to health and human performance. Utilizing T7 Fitness’s own seven training principles — standing, multi-joints, free-weights, explosively, functionally, dynamically, and diversely — we design and implement customized individual and group programs for weight loss, special populations and sports performance throughout Omaha, Elkhorn, Millard, Gretna, Bennington, Fremont and other communities surrounding the metro.

About the Owner

Troy Watchorn, owner of T7 Fitness, is a functional movement specialist with a passion to help others. Through science, motivation and accountability, he assists clients in improving their look, feel and function. Since his days as a college athlete where he earned a Blackshirt playing free safety for the Huskers (1996-2000) and a BS in Exercise Science & Physiology, CSCS, NSCA-CPT, he continues to expand on more than 10 years of coaching experience.
